The FBI and Rochester police are investigating a car crash in Rochester, New York on New Year’s Eve, where a vehicle containing gasoline cans caused a major fire.
The Joint Terrorism Task Force is leading the investigation, though it’s uncertain if terrorism was involved.

Two passengers in the struck car died, and the crash caused significant injuries to pedestrians.
Witnesses suggested the crash resembled a terrorist attack.
