Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) once again called for a “national divorce” between states, following her frustration with the Colorado Supreme Court’s ruling on Donald Trump’s eligibility for the state’s primary ballot.
This led to her advocating for some states to secede from the Union, attracting criticism and internet backlash.
This isn’t the first time she has made such calls, having previously faced condemnation for similar statements in 2021 and on Presidents Day this year. (Trending: Prominent LGBTQ Activist Arrested Over Disturbing Charges)
