White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre declined to comment on the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to remove Donald Trump from the 2024 ballot, stating that neither she nor President Biden would be involved in the legal process.
When asked if she believes major party candidates should be allowed on the ballot, she refrained from providing a legal opinion.
“I’m just not going to get into, um, not going to get into a legal process here. Obviously there is one, not going to get ahead, not going to speak to the decision that Colorado has made. Just not going to comment on it,” Jean-Pierre said. (Trending: Prominent LGBTQ Activist Arrested Over Disturbing Charges)

“What I’m going to say is the president is not involved, we’re not involved in this.”
“This is a legal process, just not going to comment,” she said.
The responsibility of responding to political developments typically falls on the president’s reelection campaign.
Legal challenges to Trump’s eligibility are expected to continue, potentially impacting the upcoming elections.
