Polls Shows Majority of Democrats Say Hunter Should Sit for Deposition And Prosecuted If He Refuses

A Harvard Caps/Harris poll shows that a majority of Democrat voters believe Hunter Biden should comply with the House impeachment inquiry’s subpoena, with 60% supporting a closed-door deposition and public testimony.

If he does not comply, 71% of all voters believe he should be prosecuted. Additionally, 81% of voters believe Hunter should appear for a deposition if called upon by Congress.

• 71% support prosecution
• 29% oppose prosecution

Hunter should be prosecuted for not appearing:

• Democrats: 54% support
• Republicans: 89% support
• Independents: 72% support

Finally, the poll reveals that Hunter Biden holds a negative 41-point approval rating, with 21% favorable and 61% unfavorable.
