Former assistant U.S. attorney Ty Cobb, while critical of Trump, predicted that the U.S. Supreme Court will overturn the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to bar Trump from the general election.
Cobb sees the ruling as a potential “vindication” for Trump and anticipates a unanimous Supreme Court decision in Trump’s favor.
The decision to exclude Trump from the ballot has sparked criticism, with some viewing it as an attack on democracy. (Trending: FBI Bribery Probe Caught Joe Biden’s Brother On Tape)
“I think this case will be handled quickly,” predicted Cobb.
“I think it could be 9-0 in the Supreme Court for Trump,” he continued.
Former Trump official and America First Legal founder Stephen Miller said, “December 19th will be remembered in history because two things happened today.”
“At the same time, we found out that it was the worst day in American history for illegal immigration,” he continued.
“The worst day in history,” he emphasized.
“And we also found out the radical left judges said Donald Trump can’t be on the ballot in Colorado,” Miller said.
“So you see a two-front attack on democracy,” he explained.
Adding, “They are saying to American citizens, you can’t vote, you don’t have a voice.”
Trump has vowed to appeal the ruling to the U.S. Supreme Court.
