Woman Charged for Being Inside Capitol on January 6

A Florida woman, Barbara Balmaseda, has been charged for her involvement in the January 6 Capitol incident.

She faces felony and misdemeanor charges related to her actions during the event.

The charges allege that she entered the Capitol building, took photographs, and engaged in disruptive conduct. (Trending: Bud Light Gets Bad News Ahead of Christmas)

“Balmaseda and another individual climbed on top of the concrete stairs and up the balustrade toward the Upper West Terrace of the Capitol,” the attorney’s office stated.

The announcement of her arrest comes amidst ongoing legal actions related to the January 6 protests.
