Judge Arthur Engoron denied former President Trump’s fifth request to dismiss his $250 million fraud case, openly ridiculing Trump, his legal team, and an accounting expert.

Engoron dismissed Trump’s arguments and emphasized that a lie is still a lie, declaring him liable for fraud.
