Tech billionaire Mark Zuckerberg is building a $100 million fortified compound in Hawaii, complete with extensive security measures and a large underground bunker designed to withstand substantial impacts.

The compound, named Koolau Ranch, will include multiple buildings, two mansions, and a high level of self-sufficiency.

Security features include a blast-resistant door, high walls, NDAs for workers, and surveillance cameras. (Trending: Ousted Democrat Who Filmed Explicit Tape Blames Homophobia)

According to Wire, the compound will have at least, “two central mansions, at least 30 bedrooms, 30 bathrooms, several guest houses, and a unique cluster of treehouses linked by rope bridges.”

“Nobody working on this project is allowed to talk about what they’re building,” revealed the outlet.

Adding, “Almost anyone who passes compound security—from carpenters to electricians to painters to security guards—is bound by a strict nondisclosure agreement.”

The outlet also reported that Zuckerberg included “a large water tank and pump system, along with existing agricultural land to provide food sources.”

This project suggests a focus on luxury and security, possibly indicating preparation for extreme scenarios.
