Retiring Rep. Kevin McCarthy’s last statement to Congress sparked a snarky response from CNN’s Jake Tapper.
The former House speaker, who recently endorsed Donald Trump, concluded his time in Congress with a message for Republican colleagues.

McCarthy added, “Do it anyways. I would do it all again.”
