An Israeli media investigation revealed that Hamas terrorists used chemical weapons to suffocate soldiers at the Nahal Oz surveillance control center.

The toxic gas caused suffocation and loss of consciousness, and trapped soldiers tried to seal off the door to no avail.

Hamas also set the emergency exit on fire to prevent escape. Fifteen soldiers were killed, and six were taken hostage. (Trending: Democrat Excludes White People From Holiday Party In Controversial Email)

“Some told us that they felt they were stepping on some people, they tried to pick them up, and with the rest of their strength tried to call to them,” an Israel Defense Forces (IDF) official said.

“They were simply surviving and trying to figure out how to get themselves out of there.”

A USB drive found on a dead Hamas terrorist contained instructions for a makeshift chemical weapon.

The document’s origin was traced to a 2003 Al-Qaeda manual.
