Hunter Biden’s former Chinese business associate, Patrick Ho, allegedly paid him $1 million for legal services that were never performed.

This payment was made in March 2018, just before Hunter Biden left for California.

“Hunter Biden is not included as an attorney on record for the Patrick Ho case in the Southern District of New York,” said IRS whistleblower Joseph Ziegler.

“This engagement letter related to the $1 million allegedly paid for the legal representation of Patrick Ho,” Ziegler explained.

“The $1 million payment was paid to Hunter Biden and his entity Owasco LLC on or about March 22, 2018, 9 days prior to Hunter Biden leaving for California for his self-proclaimed exile,” stated Ziegler.

He testified, “Based on the evidence obtained as a part of the investigation, it is believed that the $1 million payment was not for legal fees and was misrepresented in the failed plea agreement.”

“Roughly contemporaneous with the arrest of P.H., an individual associated with CEFC, on or about November 2, 2017, HWIII received a $1,000,000 deposit,” reads the indictment.

“At the Defendant’s direction, on or about March 22, 2018, the funds were transferred to Owasco, LLC. The memo line of this transfer indicated it was for ‘[P.H.] Representation.’ To justify the transfer, HWIII was provided with a letter stating that the funds were a retainer for the Defendant’s representation of P.H., who was under criminal investigation in the United States,” continued the filing.

Hunter Biden’s defense attorney Abbe D. Lowell issued a statement stating, “Based on the facts and the law, if Hunter’s last name was anything other than Biden, the charges in Delaware, and now California, would not have been brought.”

Additionally, there are ongoing investigations and testimonies regarding Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings and his alleged special treatment during the criminal probe into his taxes and firearms possession.

The House Republicans are investigating these matters as part of the impeachment inquiry into President Biden.
