The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) recently eliminated Emad Krikae, the commander of Hamas’ Shejaiya Battalion, just after his predecessor was killed.
The IDF has vowed to continue targeting and eliminating Hamas commanders until their goals are met.

“ELIMINATED: Emad Krikae—commander of Hamas’ Shejaiya Battalion,” wrote the IDF on X.
“After the elimination of the previous commander of Hamas’ Shejaiya Battalion, Krikae assumed the position,” continued the post.
“Previously, he was Deputy Commander of Hamas’ Shejaiya Battalion and responsible for anti-tank missile training in the Gaza City Brigade,” added the military officials.
“IDF ground, air and naval troops continue operations targeting and eliminating terrorists, their commanders and any Hamas operatives until we meet our goals—to eliminate Hamas and bring the hostages home,” promised the IDF.
