A single-engine airplane crash in Tennessee claimed the lives of 78-year-old James Blalock and his 45-year-old daughter, Jenny Blalock.
They were the only occupants on board.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) are conducting an investigation into the crash.
