Donald Trump’s recent statements about planning to be a dictator on “day one” of taking office, primarily to build a border wall and expand oil production, have caused a stir across media.

“I didn’t say that. I said I want to be a dictator for one day. You know why I wanted to be a dictator?”

The inherent danger of such aspirations and Trump’s apparent disregard for democratic principles remain a focus of the Biden campaign, as they have sought to expose the former President.
