Judge Douglas Rayes wrote that Castro is “attempting to manufacture a competitive injury solely for purposes of pursuing litigation.”
Meanwhile, the Florida Democratic Party’s decision to submit only President Joe Biden’s name for the 2024 ballot has sparked objections from other Democratic presidential hopefuls, highlighting concerns about fair election practices.
“We’re not trying to create a conflict here,” political commentator Cenk Uygur said.
“We’re just trying to do the bare minimum of getting on the ballot. And we’ve all earned it, and there’s no need for this conflict.”
