Right-winger political commentator Alex Jones was banned from Twitter for criticizing CNN’s Oliver Darcy and saying he had the “eyes of a rat.”
The Twitter Files later showed Oliver Darcy was working as an “informant” for Twitter and “secretly flagged tweets while employed as a CNN journalist.”
This scandal led to the censorship of Americans, including permanent bans. (Trending: Joe Biden Sets Another Presidential Record — It’s Bad)
Reinstate Alex Jones on this platform?
Vox Populi, Vox Dei.

Elon Musk has decided to reinstated Alex Jones on X after a poll showed 70.1% of respondents favored bringing back the Infowars host.
“Vox Populi, Vox Dei,” Musk wrote beneath the poll, which means “the voice of the people is the voice of God.”
“The people have spoken and so it shall be,” Musk said.
A few hours later, Jones’ posts were visible again.
“In 2018, Twitter permanently banned Jones and his Infowars show, saying an unrelated video he shared violated the company’s policy for abusive behavior,” the report found.
Alex Jones was suspended by Twitter 1.0 for saying CNN’s Oliver Darcy had the “eyes of a rat.”
Ironically, as Paul Thacker & I uncovered in the Twitter Files—Oliver Darcy was essentially an informant for Twitter 1.0, secretly flagging tweets while employed as a CNN “journalist.” https://t.co/FAVBI9MFZo

“The move came just a day after Twitter’s then-CEO Jack Dorsey had testified before Congress about alleged bias against conservatives on the platform,” the report added.
Several big brands, including Disney and IBM, have stopped advertising on X after a report by liberal advocacy group Media Matters said ads were appearing alongside pro-Nazi content and white nationalist posts.
Musk was also falsely accused of endorsing an antisemitic conspiracy theory by responding to an X user.
