Tucker Carlson made intriguing comments at the American Principles Project Foundation’s annual Christmas gala, humorously stating that divine intervention would be needed for him to consider the role of vice president alongside Donald Trump in the 2024 election.
He has shown a lack of interest in transitioning from media pundit to political figure, despite speculation about his political ambitions.
“God would have to yell at me very loud,” Carlson explained. (Trending: Elon Musk Condemns Arrest Of Jan 6 Protester)

“I’ve always agreed with Trump’s policies, and I’ve lost friends over it,” Carlson shared.
Carlson also expressed staunch support for Trump, particularly in response to the 2022 Mar-a-Lago raid, and Melania Trump has reportedly encouraged considering him for a top aide role.
Trump has expressed openness to considering Carlson for vice president, citing his strong common sense and the powerful draw of conservative media voices.
He compared the potential shift as a political commentator to Vice President as going from “a well-paid street corner schizophrenic to, like, a politician.”
After the FBI raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence, Carlson argued, “That just can’t stand.”
“You cannot allow the regime, the President of the United States, to use the Justice Department to knock the frontrunner out of the race,” Carlson explained.
“You can’t do that… So it’s bigger than Trump. It’s bigger than Biden. It’s a question of, do you want to live in a free country with a functioning justice system.”
Trump responded to the VP suggestion, saying, “I like Tucker a lot. I guess I would consider him. He’s got great common sense.”
