Republicans are refusing to providing further support to Ukraine without real commitment from the Biden administration to secure the southern border.
This has prompted many pundits and commentators to argue that President Biden should stop the politics and negotiate with Republicans.
Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin warned Congress that failure to provide more aid to Ukraine could lead to U.S. troops fighting in Europe.
The Biden administration seeks a $106 billion aid package, with a significant portion earmarked for Ukraine.
However, Republican lawmakers remain skeptical, demanding more clarity and accountability on the aid’s impact. (Trending: Democrat Accused Of Blocking Release of Jeffrey Epstein Flight Logs)

Some described the briefing as uninsightful and urged Biden to focus on securing the border.
House Foreign Affairs Chairman Michael McCaul said, “If [Vladimir] Putin takes over Ukraine, he’ll get Moldova, Georgia, then maybe the Baltics.”
“And then the idea that we’ll have to put troops on the ground in Secretary Austin’s word was very likely,” McCaul added.
“That’s what we’re trying to avoid,” he explained.
House Speaker Mike Johnson told reporters, “I don’t think we got the clarity that we’ve been requesting,” and that “It remains to be seen whether members are satisfied with the answers provided.”
Rep. John Duarte demanded that Biden “start negotiating and quit screwing around with vacuous briefings that tell us things we already know.”
Rep. Donalds echoed that, “Joe Biden needs to do his job, secure our border.”
“You do that, then members of Congress will talk.”
