Prosecutors in the Georgia election subversion case against former President Donald Trump have included former Vice President Mike Pence as a potential witness, with a witness list containing over 150 names.

Pence’s potential testimony could be significant, given his previous public disagreement with Trump’s claims of election fraud.

While Pence has not testified under oath in the Georgia case, he has indicated a willingness to testify in any federal trial. (Trending: Biden Bank Records Reveal Another Massive Bombshell)

“Despite what the former president and his allies have said for now more than two and a half years and continue to insist … the Georgia election was not stolen, and I had no right to overturn the election on January 6,” said Pence earlier this year.

“I have no plans to testify, but, look, we’ll always comply with the law,” he confirmed.

The case involves 15 defendants, and there are challenges related to coordinating evidence between the federal and state cases.

This situation underscores the complexity of Trump facing criminal charges in both state and federal courts for actions related to the 2020 election.
