Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin and his camera crew found that many illegal immigrants crossing the southern border are not genuine asylum seekers, with some expressing gratitude to Joe Biden for allowing them to enter the U.S. Most of these immigrants are seeking work and financial opportunities, not asylum or American citizenship.
Videos show large groups of men from various countries crossing illegally, with some openly expressing thanks to Biden.

“One of our live shots in Lukeville, AZ this morning. Masses of men crossing illegally from all over the globe, wrote Bill Melugin on X.
“Trash everywhere. Horrific stench of human feces. None of the men we’ve spoken w/ today have been ‘asylum seekers’. They tell us they want work & opportunity in US,” he continued.
Melugin reported that migrants he spoke to said, “I love you, Joe Biden, thank you for everything, Joe Biden!”
“Per CBP sources, there were over 10,000 migrant encounters at the southern border in last 24 hours, including 8,400+ apprehended by Border Patrol after crossing illegally, & another 1,700+ encountered at CBP ports of entry,” continued the analyst.
Adding, “More than 20,000 in CBP custody as of this morning.”
The influx is attributed to the belief that Biden has opened the door for illegal entry.
