Prisha Mosley, a college student, underwent a transition from female to male in her teens and then detransitioned later on.

She has joined conservative activists in advocating against gender-affirming care, facing backlash from former LGBTQ allies.

While she aligns with conservatives on some issues, she feels politically homeless and longs to be understood in her complexity. (Trending: Trump Announces Major Promise For 2024)

“They treat me like a betrayer,” Mosley said about her former friends.

“I no longer politically align with any party’s ideas,” she said.

Adding, “I’ve been forced to learn the value of the middle ground.”

Detransitioners have gained prominence, and there’s ongoing debate about the number of detransitioners in the U.S.

Mosley and other activists are involved in lobbying efforts to limit transgender rights.

Despite her alignment with conservative activists on certain issues, she believes in treating everyone with respect and compassion.
