FBI Under Fire Following Questionable Arrest Of Nonviolent Jan 6 Protester

Actor and Republican Party official Siaka Massaquoi was arrested by the FBI on misdemeanor charges related to his involvement in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021.

Massaquoi shared news of his arrest on Twitter, and footage showed him peacefully complying with police requests during the riot.

Elon Musk criticized the arrest, and The Washington Post warned about potential abuse of power if Donald Trump were to be re-elected.

“This has gone too far,” Musk posted.
