Russian President Vladimir Putin is set to visit the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia for a one-day working visit, meeting with the Saudi crown prince and engaging in negotiations.
The discussions will cover bilateral relations, the Israel-Hamas conflict, international issues, and oil price caps under OPEC+.
The visit comes amidst an ICC arrest warrant issued for Putin for war crimes in Ukraine, prompting his avoidance of certain international events. (Trending: Olympic Gold Medalist Sentenced For Jan 6)
