A recent sex trafficking operation during the Las Vegas Grand Prix led to 36 arrests for pandering charges and 31 arrests for attempting to purchase sex.
Authorities identified 215 potential victims and offered help, with 21 individuals accepting.

“I want the community to understand that this is not a crime that is specific to our tourist corridors. It’s occurring in our neighborhoods beyond the Strip,” revealed an officer to reporters.
Law enforcement collaborated with a nonprofit organization to provide services to trafficking victims.
According to The Review-Journal, “The organization’s R.I.S.E. program, which stands for Resources and Integration for Survivor Empowerment, provides services to human and sex-trafficking victims.”
The federal definition of sex trafficking was provided, and police emphasized the daily occurrence of human and sex trafficking in Las Vegas.
Plans are in place to combat trafficking during the upcoming Super Bowl at Allegiant Stadium.
