Former President Trump made a campaign stop at the Whiskey River Restaurant in Ankeny, Iowa, drawing a large crowd of supporters both inside and outside the venue.
He interacted with supporters, signing autographs and taking pictures before heading to Cedar Rapids for another rally.

The race is, however, expected to remain somewhat competitive.
