President Joe Biden responded to Rep. Lauren Boebert’s criticism of the Inflation Reduction Act by pointing out the positive impact of the act in her own district, including the creation of 850 new jobs through the expansion of a wind turbine facility.
Biden challenged Boebert to tell the people in the factory that the act is a “massive failure.”

“If it weren’t so important, it would be humorous,” reflected Biden.
“The only ‘massive failure’ occurs in her thinking,” he continued.
“I hope she comes back here and tells the people in this factory ― the largest wind turbine factory in the world ― that this is a ‘massive failure,’” challenged Biden.
Adding, “Tell the folks back home that all that we’ve done to generate economic growth is not worth it.”
