House committees leading the impeachment inquiry against President Biden are set to grill top witnesses in closed-door sessions this month.
The investigation is focused on whether politics improperly influenced prosecutorial decisions throughout the Hunter Biden investigation.
The House Judiciary Committee is also expecting additional witnesses for transcribed interviews before the end of the year, and the House Oversight Committee is expecting Hunter Biden for his closed-door deposition next week. (Trending: Bombshell Email Uncovered Between Joe Biden And Hunter)
Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf will be questioned about accusations made by whistleblowers regarding her conduct around the investigation in Hunter Biden’s finances.
Additionally, the House Ways and Means Committee Chairman will hold a public executive session on Tuesday featuring testimony from IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler.
Shapley said Wolf concluded that there was “enough probable cause for the physical search warrant there, but the question was whether the juice was worth the squeeze.”
Wolf allegedly said “optics were a driving factor in the decision on whether to execute a search warrant,” according to Shapley.
Shapely also accused officials of alerting the Biden Administration of the search that was to be executed at his storage unit.
Shapely added that Wolf said that there was “a lot of evidence in our investigation would be found in the guest house of former Vice President Biden but said there is no way we will get that approved.”
Adding that Wolf worked to “limit” investigator’s questions that referred to Joe Biden being “The Big Guy”.
