House Republican Rep. Clay Higgins warned special counsel Jack Smith that “his days are numbered” in response to reports about a redacted warrant for information about user data from former President Trump’s account.
Attorneys for Trump revealed extensive communications between Smith’s office, the Justice Department, the National Archives, and Joe Biden’s White House prior to Trump’s indictment, including security footage from Mar-a-Lago.
Documents show the Biden White House collaborated with the Justice Department and National Archives to instigate a criminal probe into alleged mishandling of documents, eliminating Trump’s claims to executive privilege. (Trending: Greta Thunberg Caught on Video Going Full Anti-Semite)

Smith’s warrant reportedly request data for “all users who have followed, unfollowed, muted, unmuted, blocked, or unblocked” Trump’s social media account.
“I consider it a badge of honor to be on another one of Jack Smith’s lists,” said Rep. Higgins
“So, I’ll just say that his days are numbered, and American patriots are not going to stand idly by, good sir, and allow our republic to dissolve, continued Higgins.
Adding, “We are prepared to fight legally and peacefully and within the parameters of the Constitution with every ounce of our might and focus.”
