Vice President Kamala Harris stated during a New York Times summit that she would be transparent with the American people if there were concerns about President Joe Biden’s age affecting his ability to serve.
This came in response to criticism from Republican Rep. Kevin McCarthy about Biden’s mental capacity.
Harris defended Biden’s capabilities and stated that age is more than a chronological fact, emphasizing that she would be honest if necessary. (Trending: Greta Thunberg Caught on Video Going Full Anti-Semite)

“Age is more than a chronological fact,” Harris said.
“I will tell you that he is in front of — often — everyone in the room in terms of thinking about how we can resolve issues.”
“A lot of people would say, ‘She can’t say anything else,’” Andrew Ross Sorkin said.
“I’m not lying. I’m telling you a fact,” Harris interjected.
“But if there ever is a problem, do you think that you could go tell the American public?” Sorkin asked.
“Do you think in your role that you’re in a position to do that?”
“Of course, if necessary, but there’s no need for that.”
“It is important we not be seduced into one of the only arguments that that side of the aisle has right now on this issue,” she added.
She also suggested that concerns about Biden’s age are meant to distract from his accomplishments as president.
