The fight over Obamacare, also known as the Affordable Care Act, has been ongoing for years.

Despite Republican efforts to repeal it, the law is here to stay and has grown more popular in recent years.

However, there are still challenges such as unaffordable health insurance and ongoing court challenges.

Additionally, millions of lower-income Americans in non-Medicaid-expansion states are not eligible for Medicaid coverage and have lost Medicaid coverage during the Covid-19 pandemic.

“I don’t want to terminate Obamacare, I want to REPLACE IT with MUCH BETTER HEALTHCARE. Obamacare Sucks!!!” Trump wrote.

The cost of care on the exchanges is up, but nearly all people who obtain coverage on the exchanges qualify for help paying premiums from the federal government.
