A New York appeals court has reinstated a gag order against former President Donald Trump, preventing him from publicly discussing court staff involved in the State of New York’s civil case alleging business fraud against him and his sons.
The order was issued after Trump made critical comments about a law clerk involved in the case, leading to threats directed at the clerk.
Trump was fined for violating the initial gag order, and the recent decision reverses a previous lifting of the order. (Trending: Greta Thunberg Caught on Video Going Full Anti-Semite)

“State court officials had argued the gag order was necessary because of the ‘deluge’ of threats directed at the clerk after Trump had blasted her on social media,” Asam Reiss and Dareh Gregorian of NBC stated.
Additionally, Trump’s lawyers have also been restricted from discussing confidential communications with court staff.
