‘Destroy Every Element Of Hamas’: Marco Rubio Rejects Call For Ceasefire

via Face the Nation

Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) refused calls for a ceasefire with Hamas, stating that he wants Israel to destroy every element of Hamas and blaming the group for civilian deaths due to their actions.

The war between Israel and Hamas has been ongoing, with Hamas violating temporary ceasefires and engaging in terror attacks.

Medea Benjamin asked Rubio in the hallway if he supported a ceasefire.

“No, I will not,” said Rubio.

“Are you guys filming this? I want you guys to get this,” he demanded.

“I want Israel to destroy every element of Hamas they can get their hands on,” declared the Florida republican.

“These people are vicious animals who did horrifying crimes, and I hope you guys post that,” concluded Rubio.

“What about the civilians being killed every day?” asked Benjamin back to the senator.

“I blame Hamas. Hamas should stop hiding behind civilians,” answered Rubio.

“Hamas knew that this was going to lead to this, so Hamas has to stop building their military installations underneath the hospital,” insisted Rubio.

The left wing activist continued to ask Rubio loaded questions.

“So you don’t care that 15,000 have died, you don’t care about the babies that are getting killed every day?” asked the Code Pink co-founder.

“I think it’s terrible, and I think Hamas is 100% to blame … make sure you post that please,” repeated Rubio.

Israel believes that Hamas is still holding around 145 hostages, including women and children.
