Joe Biden’s recent gaffe, in which he referred to former President Donald Trump as “Congressman Trump,” has once again raised concerns about his mental sharpness, with many questioning his ability to lead.
The incident is one of a number of missteps indicating a decline in his mental health, posing a threat to national security.
