In a recent report, John F. Kelly, former White House chief of staff, expressed deep concern about Donald Trump’s continued support despite his controversial actions and statements.

Kelly has publicly criticized Trump, accusing him of disparaging U.S. troops and showing contempt for democratic institutions.

He has also raised alarms about Trump’s abuses of power while in office, including attempts to target his critics using government agencies. (Trending: Chilling Surveillance Program Under Biden Exposed)

Kelly, who served as Trump’s chief of staff for 17 months, has been vocal about his disdain for his former boss and has expressed bewilderment at continued support for Trump.

“He’s an idiot. It’s pointless to try to convince him of anything. He’s gone off the rails. We’re in Crazytown. I don’t even know why any of us are here,” he previously said of Trump.

“What’s going on in the country that a single person thinks this guy would still be a good president when he’s said the things he’s said and done the things he’s done?” Kelly said.

“It’s beyond my comprehension he has the support he has.”

“I came out and told people the awful things he said about wounded soldiers, and it didn’t have half a day’s bounce. … If anything, his numbers go up. It might even move the needle in the wrong direction. I think we’re in a dangerous zone in our country.”

This is significant given Kelly’s former role in the Trump administration and his firsthand experience with the former president.
