Marvel actor Jonathan Majors is facing trial in New York City for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend.
The incident occurred during a March encounter inside a taxi, and Majors has pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor assault and harassment charges.

The incident allegedly occurred after Majors received a text that read, “I wish I was kissing you right now.”
Prosecutors allege that Majors assaulted and injured His now ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari in the altercation.
His attorneys have portrayed him as a victim and released video footage to challenge the severity of the injuries.
If convicted, Majors could face up to a year in jail.
