Prominent Republicans and Fox News hosts are pushing for Hunter Biden to testify behind closed doors, accusing him of seeking attention and attempting to change the narrative.
Hunter Biden’s attorney argued that closed-door sessions could be manipulated by Republicans, but House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer rejected the offer.
“I prefer hearings to be done behind closed doors because I think that they actually get to the to the heart of the matter,” “Outnumbered” panelist Michele Tafoya said. (Trending: Donald Trump Confronts Bud Light CEO)

“Hunter Biden would love nothing more than to sit, have cameras pointed at him and try to generate the narrative that he wants to form.”
Democratic lawmakers and political figures criticized the preference for closed-door hearings, suggesting it’s an attempt to hide lack of evidence.

The reason GOP don’t want a public hearing on Hunter Biden is because @OversightDems have hoisted them by their own petards in every public hearing this year.
They’re scared of getting humiliated for not having an actual case (again), so they need to hide.

“Lmao the Republican spin machine has completely lost it,” said Rep. Robert Garcia.
Hunter when you do this, do it in public and bring a sandwich. There is NOTHING to be gained from sitting behind a door the GOP wants closed. All this talk about "we want a closed door first" is a trap. If they have a case and you have a response, both of you make it PUBLICLY! https://t.co/RcYvQeK4MP

“Hunter is agreeing to a public hearing, let’s get on with it,” Garcia said.
