The National Christmas Tree outside the White House fell due to strong winds, but has since been re-lifted and assessed for damage.

Critics on social media used the incident as a metaphor for President Biden’s frequent falls, while the National Park Service is working to ensure a successful lighting ceremony.

Meanwhile, the Capitol Christmas Tree was successfully lit on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol. (Trending: Biden Shamefully Removes God From National Address)

“The National Christmas Tree has fallen,” alerted the Citizen Free Press.

“A fitting image of the Biden White House,” they joked.

“The National Park Service is currently evaluating the National Christmas Tree which fell over on Nov. 28 during a strong wind gust this afternoon,” wrote the National Park Service in a statement.

“As the saying goes, “the show must go on” and the NPS and our event partners are looking at all possibilities to ensure a successful event this year,” continued the agency,

Adding, “We will provide updates when they become available, tomorrow.”
