A judge has rejected a challenge to Trump’s 2024 ballot eligibility, based on a 14th Amendment claim.
Similar lawsuits in other states have been dismissed, and the effort to keep Trump off the ballot has failed.
Judges in Colorado, Michigan, Rhode Island, and Minnesota have ruled that Trump is eligible to appear on their respective state’s ballots. (Trending: Biden Shamefully Removes God From National Address)

“The American people have the unassailable right to vote for the candidate of their choosing at the ballot box, something the Democrats and their allies driving these cases clearly disagree with,” Trump spokesman Steven Cheung stated.
“President Trump believes the American voters, not the courts, should decide who wins next year’s elections, and we urge a swift dismissal of all such remaining bogus ballot challenges.”
“Part of the Court’s decision is its reluctance to embrace an interpretation that would disqualify a presidential candidate without a clear, unmistakable indication that such is the intent of Section Three,” one judge stated.
“After considering the arguments on both sides, the Court is persuaded that ‘officers of the United States’ did not include the President of the United States,” she added.
“It appears to the Court that, for whatever reason, the drafters of Section Three did not intend to include a person who had only taken the Presidential Oath.”
The Supreme Court will hear an appeal in Colorado.
Trump is currently the leading candidate for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination.
