Six teenagers are on trial in Paris for their involvement in the beheading of schoolteacher Samuel Paty, who showed cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad.
Five of the minors allegedly helped the attacker identify the teacher, while the youngest suspect made false allegations against Paty, leading to social media videos calling for mobilization against him.
The trial is expected to end on December 8, and all defendants face two and a half years in prison if convicted. (Trending: Chilling Surveillance Program Under Biden Exposed)

The trial comes after a similar school attack in Arras, and eight adults, including the girl’s father, will stand trial next year in connection to Paty’s killing.
One of the defense attorneys said, “Without the denunciation, there would be no visibility (on the social media), without visibility, there would be no crime.”
Another defense attorney explained that his client was, “tormented by remorse and very much afraid of the confrontation with Mr. Paty’s family.”
Adding, he “obviously didn’t know about the criminal plan” that the killer prepared.
