He was released as part of a cease-fire agreement between Israel and Hamas.

He escaped briefly and was recaptured after the building he was held in collapsed.

He has some injuries but is under medical observation and is okay.

“He tried getting to the border. But he didn’t have the capacity to understand where he was or where he needed to go, so he couldn’t navigate through the open field,” said Ron Krivoi’s aunt.

“He has some other injuries as well,” she added.

“He is under medical observation, but he is okay.”

51 Israelis and 19 hostages of other nationalities have been released under the truce so far.
