A Florida high school is under investigation for allowing a biological male to play on the girls’ volleyball team, which violates state law.
The principal and staff members have been reassigned pending the outcome of the investigation.
“The principal of Monarch High School and several staff members have been reassigned to non-school sites pending the outcome of an investigation into allegations of improper student participation in sports,” Broward County Public Schools chief communications and legislate affairs officer John J. Sullivan stated.

The state law, signed by Governor Ron DeSantis, prohibits transgender athletes from competing in female sports.
This situation has sparked controversy and raised concerns about fairness in sports competitions.
