Trump To Be Hushed In Legal Case Yet Again

via MSNBC

The former President Donald Trump is facing the possibility of having a gag order partially reimposed against him in the federal election interference case.

The order would limit what Trump can say, but would allow others to speak the truth.

The District Judge Tanya Chutkan had previously imposed a limited gag order against Trump, but it seems likely that the appellate court will uphold this order. (Trending: SNL Legend Unleashes On Democrats)

The move is meant to protect the administration of justice and the ability of witnesses to testify free of threats and intimidation.

The court argues that limiting Trump’s speech is essential for the case to proceed in a timely and fair fashion.
