Disney’s latest animated feature, Wish, was projected to perform well over the Thanksgiving weekend but is now expected to flop with earnings between $35-38 million.

Other Disney releases, including The Marvels and Captain Marvel 2, have also underperformed, leading to major disappointment on behalf of the company.

The company’s annual SEC report indicates that Disney has no intention of changing course despite its box office failures.

“Further, consumers’ perceptions of our position on matters of public interest, including our efforts to achieve certain of our environmental and social goals, often differ widely and present risks to our reputation and brands,” the report read.
