A recent poll found that 72 percent of Americans would not volunteer for military service in a major war.

There is a growing apathy towards a career of military service, with less than half of Democrats willing to die for the country in the event of an invasion.

According to Newsweek, “The figures come as all branches of the armed forces have in recent years struggled to meet their recruitment targets, suggesting a growing apathy towards a career of military service.”

The culture has denigrated patriotism and fixated on the failures of the past, leading to a weaker and more coddled generation of Americans.

The U.S. military itself has embraced the worst excesses of the woke left and forced service members to serve as lab rats for newly released COVID-19 vaccines.

Americans have grown flabby and simultaneously self-righteous and self-hating, constituting a slow-boiling crisis.
