Tucson Sector Border Patrol agents have apprehended nearly 58,000 migrants in the past four weeks, an increase from the previous month.
Tucson Sector Chief Patrol Agent John Modlin reported his unofficial data on X.
The sector seized 117 pounds of fentanyl, interdicted 14 human smuggling incidents, and carried out 17 migrant rescues during this time. (Trending: SNL Legend Unleashes On Democrats)

The sector has seen a significant increase in migrant apprehensions compared to the previous year.
A week earlier, Modlin posted that the agency saw 1,000 less migrants, but still seized 300 pounds of fentanyl and provided emergency aid to 33 migrants.
