Disney is introducing a new “pronoun pins” program for employees at its Epcot Center attraction, despite facing financial losses and backlash from employees and fans.
The program is voluntary and currently focused on janitorial staff, but Disney hopes to expand the program to all employees.
“Hi everyone, we are excited to introduce pronoun name tags in our area!” a form read.
“Pronoun name tags help us understand each other more and bring a positive impact within our community!”

This move comes as Disney faces significant financial losses, including layoffs and disappointing box office performances.
