Muslim YouTube personality Mohammed Hijab made a controversial statement on Twitter, wishing for the death of Rabbi Shmuley Boteach’s son, Mendy, who serves in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
The statement came following a debate between Hijab and Boteach, during which Hijab struggled to define Hamas as a terrorist organization and attempted to insult Boteach.
In response, Boteach mocked Hijab with a shirtless photograph.

The situation escalated due to Hijab’s view of the IDF as a “terrorist” organization, despite Mendy’s active service.
