The Israel Defense Forces and the Israel Security Agency uncovered a 55-meter-long terror tunnel 10 meters deep beneath Shifa Hospital in Gaza, leading to further tunnels and containing various weapons.
The tunnel was found to be used by Hamas as a base of operations, proving that the hospital complex is used for terrorist infrastructure and activities.

Despite criticism, the IDF has extensive evidence of Hamas using the hospital for these purposes.
