Sami Sheen, daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, recently revealed her breast augmentation surgery on social media.
She documented the entire process, from the initial consultation to the recovery, on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
While her mother expressed reservations about the surgery, she has been supportive of Sami’s career, including her OnlyFans page.

“guess who got a new rack todayyyy,” wrote Sami on a mirror while donning her pre-op gown and hairnet.
Sami posted an update video later in the day exhibiting post-surgery residue and scars.
On TikTok, Sami posted a slideshow documenting her medical journey towards implants that started in February of 2022.
The caption on the slideshow read, “i finally did it!!!,” and was emphasized by several celebratory emojis.
“could not be happier omg,” added the entertainer.
Sami included a picture taken at 6am, and explained that she was running late because she experienced a panic attack.
“Woahhhh that went by so fast!!!!! Now on my way to the plastic surgery center (only 20 min late cause I was having a panic attack),” she explained to her followers.
“I DID IT!!!!!!!” wrote Sami.
The final picture in the slideshow showed a relaxed Sami, “back home now super happy & loving whatever they put in my IV.”
Sami updated her followers on Snapchat after waking up on the day following her procedure.
“This is so uncomfy holy hell feels like the implants r in my armpits,” captioned the entertainer on a picture of her in bed.
“Back pain is horrible from sleeping up straight,” added Sami.

Sheen has reportedly discussed that she has desired implants for almost a decade, but still struggled with pre-operative requirements like stopping using her vape device.
“I was 10 years old and like, ‘I can’t wait to have big boobs like my mom,'” said Sami about her mother Denise Richards.
“All my friends were getting boobs, and I was just like, ‘OK, when’s it my turn?’ I would always stuff my bra with socks and stuff,” recalled Sami.
Charlie Sheen initially disapproved of Sami’s venture but later expressed support for her.
Charlie’s first reaction was to say, “This did not occur under my roof. I do not condone this, but since I’m unable to prevent it, I urged her to keep it classy, creative and not sacrifice her integrity.”
He has since taken back his “knee jerk” reaction.
“I had a knee-jerk reaction to it because of the reputation that preceded it. I was just like, ‘Oh, this can only go bad.’ That flies in the face of my approach to things normally, but I think when your child is involved, it presents as just a whole different alternative set of circumstances,” said Charlie about his daughter’s procedure in a recent interview.
Adding, “She’s doing this and it can only be a much more successful and pleasant experience with the support of myself, her mom, and others.”
“I have to have confidence and just know in my heart that all of her virtues and all the wonderfulness that makes her, her, come with her. I believe her to be incorruptible,” emphasized Sheen.
