Republican Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene confronted Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas over the deaths of two Americans allegedly killed by a teenage illegal alien involved in a suspected cartel smuggling operation.
Greene criticized the eight House Republicans who voted with Democrats not to impeach Mayorkas and warned him of potential impeachment.
Recent reports suggest that the DHS could have prevented the deaths, with details of the alleged human smuggling operation involving the teenage illegal alien. (Trending: Eight Republicans Who Shamefully Sided With Democrats Over Impeachment)
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene: "The days are numbered for Secretary Mayorkas."
"Our southern border is being invaded and Americans are being murdered every day on his watch. "

Greene began, “Secretary Mayorkas, I want you to look at these innocent Americans.
“Do you see them?” Greene asked Mayorkas while pointing to a poster of deceased victims.
“I do, congresswoman,” Mayorkas remarked.
“They are dead,” she lamented.
“They’re from Dalton, Georgia in my district; they’re dead because a 17-year-old, likely affiliated with the cartels, was smuggling illegal aliens into our country in Texas, breaking our laws, and this happens every single day in our country, she continued.
Greene directly called out the eight of her fellow Republican lawmakers that voted against moving forward with the impeachment of Sec. Mayorkas. She warned that it will not prevent his inevitable impeachment.
“Earlier this week, eight Republicans joined the Democrats and protected your job,” revealed Greene to Mayorkas.
Adding, “But I want you to know, you have a short time coming.”
“You can honorably resign, or we’re going to impeach you, and it’s happening very, very soon,” she promised.

The incident occurred as President Joe Biden ignored the “National Day of Remembrance for Americans Killed by Illegal Aliens,” previously declared by former President Donald Trump.
Former estimates suggest that about 2,000 Americans and legal immigrants are killed by illegal aliens annually, with the federal government refusing to track such crime data.
